Shipping & Returns




Jacqueline's Boutique offers return for store credit ONLY. Our policy lasts 48 hours. You have 48 hours to return for store credit or exchange. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a credit/exchange, all exchanges must be authorized by emailing SHOPJACQUES@GMAIL.COM and must be sent within 48 hours. Someone will return a follow up email Monday - Friday between the hours of 9AM - 5PM (ET). Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ship the items in unworn, unaltered condition with all tags attached to:


Accessories, sale items and purchases made with a discount code are all final sale and may not be returned. Again, Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE ONLY. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale merchandise. If we receive return of sale merchandise it will be shipped back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within two weeks.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


Orders will usually begin processing within 24 hours of being placed, excluding Sundays and holidays, and will typically ship within 48 hours pending credit verification. All Domestic Shipping are shipped Priority USPS. 

Standard Shipping:

STANDARD FIRST CLASS SHIPPING ( Allow 7-12 days ) does not come with insurance does come with tracking.


Priority Mail:

With the fear of items getting lost or stolen, shipping method comes with insurance, and tracking information. Priority Shipping guarantees 2-3 day shipping (depending on location) from the time it leaves our location.


Express Shipping:

ALL SHIPPING ORDERS SHIPPED EXPRESS WILL BE A FLAT FEE OF $25. Orders placed for Express shipping before 1:00 PM(ET) time will ship out same day and will arrive the following day (excluding Holidays & Weekends). Express shipping comes with inusurance and tracking information.

Store Pick Up:

If you choose to pick up in our Chester PA store location we will notify you when your item/s are ready for pickup through the email address you provide. Please give us an hour for your item to be fulfilled. Orders placed after 5pm will be fulfilled the following business day for pick up. Please check our store locator for location and hours.

We are not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the carrier itself.

Orders are fulfilled Tuesday - Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm (ET) again allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared.

Please allow 5-7 business day for your order to be shipped during sales. (Example) Black Friday or Holiday sales.
