RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thank you for shopping Jacqueline's LLC. We hope you're loving your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled a store credit.

We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have had tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.  

Please email us Hello@shopjacquelines.com for further instructions. Once approved you have 3 business days to return your order back to us. Return must be scanned by postal office within the 3 days.  

Customer are responsible for return shipping .

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. HELLO@SHOPJACQUELINES.COM

Defective Items:
All defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
Do you offer return labels?

We do not offer return labels but hope to as we grow in the future!

RETURNS

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 
Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable. 
  • All accessories
  • All hats
  • All shoes
  • All jewelry
  • All intimates 
  • All sale items ( even items made with a discount code)

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.
